Deliciously Health Dish

The most classic and delicious Dish you can eat, which is full of protein and rich in fiber is egg fried rice. You can use it as side dish or main course like dinner. This dish has many benefits to health as Tofu is good source of protein as well as 9 amino acids. It contains magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1. Olive oil is good for hair and skin. It contains vitamin K and E. It also contain antioxidants that reduces chronic diseases risk. Eggs includes rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. 


It’s easy to make and eye catching dish for men or boys when they want to impress the special person in their life. Let’s begin.
  • Heat a pan with 2 table spoon of olive oil.
  • Cut 6 spring onions and put it in the hot pan to make them sizzle.
  • Put 1 bowl of cooked rice in the pan but don’t put hot rice in the pan immediately let them cool for 15 minutes.
  • Put 2 teaspoons of chili jam, you can find it easily in any supermarket, it got heat and sweet taste providing balance to flavor.
  • Little splash of water is needed to plump up the rice.
  • Shake the Pan for 1 Minute on stove.
  • Put 2 eggs right in the middle of Pan, break the York and mix it
  • Now put most healthy ingredient Tofu (again you can get it easily from supermarket). Put 150 grams in to Pan by crumbling into small pieces with your hands.
  • Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds.
  • Take a bowl and rub some oil into it and place the rice, use spoon to pad the rice.
  • Take a plate and turn the bowl upside down.
  • Mamiya! A dish is available for two people.
  • The dish can easily go with a smoothie or chilled coke.
